I got my answer. I only wanted to do $1.00 and when it came time to check out it was $39, then $55. So Called credit card company to make sure only a dollar was paid. Thank you for your time.

My expert was very slow to respond, but when he did his answer was extremely concise and my problem was immediately solve. However, I was very unhappy with the website trying to get me to spend $26.00 over and above the $55.00 I had already paid. I hope that the $54.00 was creditied to my card as was advertised.

Even though I didn’t get the outcome I had hoped for concerning my issue, I was contacted by a technician in a very expeditious manner and I was provided with the required information needed to resolve my issue.

Still waiting for repairman to come. Store doesn't seem to be a lot of help. They told me somebody should fix it in the next day or two. I am getting very upset with this.
