I really don't like paying for a chat service. When you have an issue your products there should be a customer service representative that is knowledgeable to help you. You are already frustrated and then you have to pay for someone to try to help you, and then when you are told to call a tech. I could have applied that money to the inhome tech. Dino was knowledgeable with what he thought we should do. But we are not techs.

Anas was very helpful. Although we did not get my issue resolved; he was patient and kind. I ended up going elsewhere to get the issue resolved. We think our home internet was having issues and that is why we couldn't sync my fit bit to my phone.
