Do not use this service. I used this once and now I have a reoccurring charge of 55 dollars. I contacted their website about this but got no reply. BEWARE!!!

Told me they needed my debit card for a $5 fee. I checked my account and there is a $60 charge to give me 2 phone numbers to call someone local. This service is a scam not a help!

$5 scammed, couldn't tell me what I didn't already know and immediately charged me an additional $65 dollars a month that is impossible to cancel. I never agreed to subscription. It is somewhere in the fine print....

The advice I got was helpful. However, without consciously agreeing to subscribe, I started to notice a $69 monthly charge on my credit account. Customer service claims I agreed to subscribe but the only way this would have happened is by default -i.e. you are automatically signed on for a subscription and need to cancel. To add further insult, it costs $148 to cancel your subscription!!! This is highly unethical and makes the statement on their website suspect- "cancel, no commitment." I have never been charged a cancellation fee like this. Beware!!! To add more information, I reached out to ask a question to Ask an Expert in the late fall. Then I noticed on my January and February VISA statements that I had $69 debited from my account. I called the Ask an Expert phone number and was sent an email by Just Answer telling me I had to pay $148 to cancel my subscription. The fellow on the phone was sympathetic so I could tell my experience was not new to him. I did not recall signing anything like a subscription. I paid the $148 and was sent an email that one month of my subscription fee would be returned. Now I am getting emails that Just Answer and Ask an Expert are two different enterprises whereas they were linked when I made my initial call. Hope this helps clarify.

I asked a specific question and was told to pay the $5 fee. After paying I was put back with the chat that asked me the same questions again. The company was askantiqueexperts.com I requested a refund. I was then contacted by my credit card company that two charges were attempted for $55 and one went through. I' had to cancel my credit card and I'm disputing the charges as I never received an answer to my question. After several phone calls, I finally got my $55 back never got an answer to my question and was first told it was non refundable.

I was charged 55$ I didn’t authorize I was told only 1$

This is a scam site - They make you sign up for a $5.00 service fee and a hidden 24 month subscription. Got transferred to this company from Brother USA Printers. Figured it was legitimate. I asked the tech support guy if this was a one time charge, and he said yes, I just had to fill out the form he was going to send me. he must have sent me a 24 month subscription form. So now, They will not talk to me unless I fill out another form that says I have to sign up for another form for $5 service fee and a 24 month subscription to talk to them about the fraudulent 24 month subscription. BTW - the Tech Support Person - gave me the wrong information - I tried to get in contact with them again, but could not get contacted with anyone. I gave up. this was 4 months ago.

This web site has taken over my browsing experience. Anytime I open a browser, their page pops up taking over my laptop. They have imbedded an icon in the bottom right corner of my laptop which I cannot delete or render inoperative. THEN, when I finally get to speak to a representative who says their technician will help me, they are charging me to speak to the technician! This is one of the most egregious, invasive, intrusive, bully-like enterprises I have ever encountered ANYWHERE and they are so very, very smug with their abject abuse of the internet! I am filing reports with the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau! Beware!
