The technician was helpful. But it was uncomfortable to have to leave this screen and go back and forth to my email to read his responses.

I was having trouble with my iphone which, from time to time, would heat in my hand as I talked and then all of a sudden would not turn on, so JustAnswer helped me. I learned that whne the phone heats up, that's a sign of problems with the battery, and the representative assisted in helping me to reset my phone. I had to go through the process about three times before my phone reset, but it worked and then of course, when I attempted to reactivate my phone with my carrier, I found out that I could have just googled that same information or contact apple support. Anyway, all's well that ends well.
