the great part of the experience was actually communicating with a real human being. any form of online complaint processes these days just seems to connect the user to a list of pre recorded options, none of which are a match for the problem you are trying to solve. this invariably leads to a circular argument with a computer going nowhere. the askanexpert were both coherent and helpful.
