Brandon was unfailingly patient with me in what turned out to be a lengthy process. He was always kind and very clear in his suggestions. It is no fault of his that I am not very computer savvy and that I missed many cues that he had given me. My tech devices caused a lot of problems for me and I am pretty technically ignorant. Age does not help, and Brandon kept my spirits up when I was prepared to throw in the towel. He could always advise on trying a different way to resolve the issues. He was outstanding, even though the last part of the problem was something I did not have the energy to persist with. Too tiring at 80 years of age. Give him a bonus
