Great attentiveness and swift answers

My expert was able to troubleshoot and find the end solution to my problem. I had an issue with Venmo not approving my transfers on 09/09/2025 and was referred to my expert who was able to troubleshoot and find the problem with my use of the app, the result was my transfer went through afterwards and my issues solved; I was able to pay my rent.

This was my first time using JustAnswer and I was definitely skeptical. However, the Customer Service expert who first acknowledged my problem was very thorough and stayed with me online until I was able to connect with the Home Appliance Technician on the phone. Once she knew that we were connected she ended our chat. From here, I spoke with Austin who was very clear and thorough with his instructions on how to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. He gave us the part number and the number to call for a local service technician to come assess the washer and install the new part. If I could choose Austin as my HAT if I ever needed one again, I would definitely feel comfortable and confident that I was in the best hands handling this over the phone. Austin was professional, patient and very friendly!! Thank you!!

The clarity of the response to my questions were superb
