Anthony understands courtesy and customer service. He should be your model for future hires.
Anthony was very patient and helpful but nothing worked. I need a person to come in and fix it. It doesn't matter what it costs. I think I erred in buying a Samsung and just need to go back and buy a Sony like I have always had. This may just be a defective TV because Anthony walked me through everything and even sent me step by step directions. This is not his fault. He could not have been more gracious or helpful.

UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE
The fact that both people I dealt with (Pearl & Malek) spoke slow and clearly. My past head injuries are slowly taking a toll on my comprehension. Both technicians accomodated me very well. Their attatude is great.
