quick and effective advice. It was however a bit unclear what the cost was, I couldn't really tell up what I was agreeing to....chatbot indicated $8 which would be refunded however there was a long agreement that did not clearly address cost. Hope I don't get sticker shock/surprise bill

The service was patient, thorough, professional and personable. I had several issues simultaneously and all were fixed.

Technician was wonderful. However I am very upset with how I got connected to your service in the first place. I had contacted Canon support and was shuttled to your company, being told that there was a $5 fee that was refundable. No mention of a monthly subscription cost. I feel this was inappropriate on Canon’s part and deceitful.
