There was a bit of a wait between when I first chatted with the virtual expert and when someone contacted me, by that time I was in a meeting and couldn't respond. I asked about how to get back in touch when I was available but didn't get an answer. I started the process again when I was able to, but when the virtual assistant stated I needed to talk to an expert and wanted to load the secure form, it wouldn't work. Eventually I connected with Sam and he was very helpful and the problem is fixed now, thank you! So the assistance was great even if the process was a bit cumbersome.

Charles was great! Prompt ,knowledgeable and understandable. I graded down 1 star because the price explanation was not clear. $5 is fine but the implication was that I could apply that 5 for a product purchase. There was no product to purchase so I think your initial page is a bit misleading

The second person I was on the phone with worked out great. Sorry to say, but the first person, I couldn't understand him because of his accent, but that is on me because of my hearing problem. I am sure he does a great job.
