Very knowledgeable, fixed the problem efficiently. Polite and professional

The young technician was very helpful and patient with trying to help us

He was patient with my many questions and requests. Always let me know when he had to put me on mute to make the changes l requested. I accidently disconnected us but he called me back and we finalized the adjustments to my services to continue at a reduced rate. He was most helpful and a true asset to your company! Thank you.

Very polite exchange. He provided direction as to my next steps to obtain the part required for my service technician to order and repair my refrigerator.

My dishwasher was not draining, but the technician asked a good question which was that did I have a new garbage disposal installed recently. Yes I did and there was a plug that was blocking the drainage from the dishwasher.

It helped resolve my problem . It was only supposed to be $5 .00 but I was charged $48.00 plus the 5.00 i was not very happy with that . I feel like I was scammed out of 48.00. So I will cancel my subscription.

found the fix in minutes!

Patience of agent.
