The instructions were detailed because I am a senior and not good at navigating things. I appreciated that if I was having any difficulties someone was there for me with a quick response. I did have my husband here to assist me as well since he is better at understanding computer things. Thank you. You made a difficult situation for me easier.

Josh was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking to my grandson! Unfortunately he's only 7 and in Chicago!! Josh told us what we needed, what it was and how to get it. He didn't deem any question dumb or silly. Very supportive ! All in all a delightful experience in a frustrating situation!!
