My evaluation is a minus1!
My evaluation is a minus1!! This service was of NO help to me!! Had to start all over again from beginning. I have been trying to deal with this for the last 4 hours!!

I love it and i hate it at the same time
THe service was great as it gave me instant relief and pieace of mind but the price to get my only oone answer turns out to like 69 doollars for too minutes of work and i know the profits arnt majorily goung the tech expert so would not recommend this service

I asked one question and paid £5.00…
I asked one question and paid £5.00 sterling on the 21st of August It said that was a trial membership. At no time was it made clear they would automatically take £28.00 from my account 5 days later on the 27th of august without any notification. I feel that they have robbed me. I think the reference number is 0808-168-4692CA. I would like to add that today the 26th of September Askanexpert have kindly refunded the payment they collected from my account for which I wish to thank them

I was not aware that it would cost me…
I was not aware that it would cost me $35 when it states 5 refundable not 30 I am on a limited income . The tech did not seem to know how to fix a simple problem. I went to you tube and got my problem solved in 5 min. So now I am out $30 that I can not afford.

Never was able to respond. Also was told it was a $1.00, but American Express says $39.00

The pencil is connected but it was…
The pencil is connected but it was connected before and it wouldn't charge. Why? And why wasn't this addressed. This is the problem I sought help for.
