I do not understand why I was charged…
I do not understand why I was charged $45 rather than the $4.50 one-time fee I was informed I would be charged. I am a senior citizen and do not like being taken advantage of.

Ask an expert online - SCAM
Through an online search for help with a Samsung issue I agreed to a $1.00 charge and then a onetime charge of $5.00 if my question was answered believing this was through Samsung. This was to be a telephone call. After a very lengthy wait no one responded and I moved on in solving my problem. Much later I received a text stating no one was available for a telephone call. Another text asking I contact them online. By this time I had solved my issue and never responded or received any help whatsoever. I found my account was additionally debited $46.00. BEWARE!!!

CRIMINALS
CHARGED ME $46.;00 AFTER THE BS $1.00 ENTICEMENT FEE. I ATTEMPTED TO HAVE IT REVERSED WITH MY BANK,WHICH APPEARED TO HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM,BUT NOW THE FUNDS ARE STILL GONE FROM MY B of A ACCOUNT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD OF A TRANSACTION HAVING BEEN MADE.NOT SHOWING AT ALL,BUT THE MONEY IS GONE.THESE CROOKS SHOULD BE JAILED.SO INFURIATING SCAMMERS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST ENTITIES ON THE PLANET.!!!!!!!!

Scammers and totally dishonest.
We paid a small amount to ask a question. But later on in the day we were charged another but higher amount. This happened a few times in 2023. We DID NOT sign up for membership but have been charged a few more times. Again, we called them to clear this up and get back our money. Now, on March 5, 2024 we are being charged $55.00 and did not use the company. They are a total scam and dishonest.

FRAUD
FRAUD did nothing to resolve my problem charge $55.00 and $1.00 on 1/29/24. Expected $1.00 why FRAUD I expected the agreed upon $1.00 not $55.00 plus $1.00 Did not even help fix my problem. Now 3/1/2024 they are charging another $55.00 the phone numbers are always busy. Return my money
