Total scam
Total scam. Never given an account number, but with my credit card number, they keep on billling. No way to contact them. STAY AWAY!!!

I am at a complete loss as to how this…
I am at a complete loss as to how this company obtained my credit card details. I contacted my card provider who informed me that an initial charge of £1was made. From then on, I was charged £35.00 a month WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION. My card provider has now blocked any further charges. This is a dishonest organisation. BEWARE.

**** FRAUD ALERT ******
These guys are fraud. Plain and simple. DO NOT USE THEM. They are going to get your credit card number and start making unauthorized charges on your credit card. 4/22/24 update: The fraudsters responded to my review on Trustpilot and tried to get more information about me, in the guise of helping me. They know very well that most reviewers may not respond and Trustpilot will remove the review if not responded within 3 days. Nice try! I am not going to provide any additional information, except to say that my bank alerted me to the fraudulent transaction and I had to get my card re-issued. I think these guys have figured out a way to abuse Trustpilot policy and keep a legit appearance.

They collect your card information during chat and charge you excessively.
They advertised that you could join for $1. They obtained credit card information during the chat. Then $66 was charged to the card. This is a monthly bill and I am billed every month without my knowledge. I canceled and $2 was charged to my card. This kind of business is the worst.

The service was great but they added…
The service was great but they added and extra charge to my credit card and will not let me speak to anyone about the incorrect charge until I give them my card again and pay for it.
