Got the answer I needed. Charged $65???

Didn’t realize that I was using a special service for which I would be charged $65! Just wanted to pay a bill on line because I didn’t receive the bill in the mail. It’s a good service but I used it only because I couldn’t get a hold of Xfinity or Comcast personnel. This service should be offered as an alternative not the only service available to resolve an issue! Good service, but would not have used it for $65 - my bill’s late charge would have been cheaper. I don’t fault the ask and answer service for the confusion, but do object to Xfinity / Comcast not being more accessible to the customer.

He told me to try Michael’s for a plumber but they will only do plumbing for items purchased at store. Not Austen’s. fault but Just said I was charged $5 for service but they charged my account $58.

He furnished a telephone # that worked
