Working one on one with tech man was perfect but the website itself which charged me five dollars, which was promised to be refunded but has not and then charged me $48 for a membership, which triggered a panic in me that I had been hacked and ended up putting me on the phone with my bank for hours, was not at all helpful. I did not know the cost of the membership and so when that charge came up, it looks like it was hacked and also I requested a cancel of the membership, which is probably still pending, but causing me banking issues until it’s rescinded and I still want my damn five dollars back which Roku charged me to connect me

The technician was patient and walked me through options to reconnect.
