Cray was a great agent. Supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, patient... everything we all want in support staff. My only remaining issue was having to pay $5 by credit card prior to accessing your system. And then I still wasn't talking to Phillips. The form read the $5 was "refundable" but no info about how. As great as Cray was, that little rip off on the front end has left a bad taste regarding your service. Still...a happy customer!

It was fast an easy. However I am concerned that the information said I would be charge $5 minimum to talk to someone (which is fine), but when the payment window came up, it was for $53 and there was no other option. Waiting to see what happens with that. It was a 30 second conversation, which was helpful, but I don't like that it said 5, then offered 53 to continue.
