The site was misleading
The site was misleading, but when transferred to an "Expert" the tech was nice, but I found more details than he had access to. The information provided was wrong. I ordered and installed parts as recommended and they were not the issue. I called back and he was unable to help. Offered other techs but I wanted my account cancelled and money back. Not only did I not get my money back, they did not cancel my account and I was billed a third time. I have called and they cancelled my membership but no refunds. So if you get lured in to the continuing subscription, good luck.

What a scam
What a scam! They said they would charge me a refundable $1 for help with my Fitbit. I just checked my bank statement and they charged me $55!!!! Don't fall for it.

I was charged $2 to join the a one off…
I was charged $2 to join the a one off fee $66 to solve my problem. At no time did they explain that I would be charged every month ($66) and I remember saying to the helper that I did not want to continue with their help. I also did not agree to a monthly payment to be taken from my account. It is very hard to find them to address the situation. I think it is a scam....

I never signed up for any assistance
I never signed up for any assistance, and today, my bank asked me if I was familiar with this account Askanexpertonline.com that has been taking since June 2024 $55.99 every month from m y account? Immediately, let my bank know that I did not know that company. My bank closed my Card and I need to wait two weeks for my new account card. This is scam !
