Problem solved within half an hour, without even calling on the phone! Instructions are clear. Very impressed by your service! Thank you. (Additional note): Haha, just found out from my bank record that apart from the ‘refundable $10’, I’ve got charged $70 for membership! As my dealing with the technician was on phone messages, I was completely unaware of the additional charges. Having said that, the service was still very good, just the charges caught me unprepared.

I appreciate that the csr didn’t talk down to me as we went through various “fixes” to resolve my issue. We we had a great conversation while working on my problem but, unfortunately, nothing worked. She referred me to the PlayStation support line.
