Dylan was great! Patient, thorough in his knowledge of problems, solutions. Clear in communication. Problem for me was not him; the system wouldn't allow us to have phone conversation so we had to message back and forth and there were 2 other people (on my end) and systems that needed to function together. While problems not fixed completely, this messaging back and forth did allow me to save all his instructions, et al. Dylan was absolutely wonderful. A great asset to your company!!!!
