I'd give it zero stars if I could. FRAUD
I'd give it zero stars if I could. In order to provide "free" help with a product I bought that wasn't working. I had to give them a debit card so they could charge $1.00 which would be refunded. My bank texted me and said they were trying to charge $55.00. I had a simple question I asked on the manufacturer's website -- then this website popped up. Be careful!!

I spoke to your rep who was very professional but could not fix my problem. He did send me info on what I should do on my Epson printer! Problem, my printer is a Brother! H when I corrected him he gave me telephone number for Brother. I jus tgot off phone with Brother and the problem was corrected! I want a refund of the $38 you charged my credit card.

This is a SNEAKY SYSTEM
I needed a simple question answered. It was orthodox paying $1.00. But they charged me $55.00 and signed me up for a continuing service. A single slip of the tongue made me realize it was ongoing. On the same call I said in caps that didn’t want anything like that and not to sign me up. I think that worked (we’ll see) but the $55 charge showed up on my card.

Ask an expert scam
I was on the Puritan's Pride Vitamins site trying to get a refund for a product they charged me for that they no longer carried. I thought the form I was filling in was part of the Puritan's Pride site. It just popped up while I was still in their site, so I filled in my information, including my credit card number, but then I logged out of the site before it even opened. I immediately received a notification from my credit card that I had been charged $55 plus another $1 charge. I tried for an hour to address this issue and got nowhere. Why is your form popping up while I'm in a different site? I had to cancel my credit card, and my credit card company is disputing the charge because it is a scam.

I NEVER AGREED TO PAY 55 DOLLARS PER MONTH. I AGREED TO JOIN FOR ONE DOLLAR. NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WAS AGREEING TO A RECURRIING CHARGE OF 55 DOLLARS PER MONTH. THE EXPERT DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE A HELPFUL SOLUTION. YOU ARE A SCAM.

This is a scram
This is a scram. They keep in a telephone transfer but never answer the transferred number. They charge without justification or having received notification of any charge. Reported to bank and fraud investigator.
