This is a scam
After Hulu customer service was unable to resolve my issue, I was forced to pay $1.00 for askanexpertonline but was charged $55.00 and received nothing for this, $1.00 would have been over price. The $55.00 is purely a scam.

The gentleman I talked to had no clue
The gentleman I talked to had no clue to help me He told me I would have to contact Amazon for them to help me. He told me things have been changed and he's not sure where to find any of the information I wanted. What I was asking help for was to change the password for my Amazon Alexa. The way he took me to had nothing to do with changing the password.

Phone call wouldn't connect to expert
Not rating the expert...but phone call would not connect - twice - got "recorded" message...but then NO connection with expert...

Direct Debit set up without my permission
On 11 October I attempted to seek advise for my Android tablet where I had forgotten the log in swipe. I was asked to pay $1 but the company went on and withdrew $55 from my account. It would appear that a direct debit was set up because a further $55 was taken from my account again on 11 November. The company again attempted to withdraw another payment this morning which was blocked by my bank. When I spoke with someone in the chat, they wanted me to pay another $1 which I am reluctant to do. Because I haven't completed the form, the chat ended! There is no number or email in which to contact this company. Very disappointed as there appear no way in which to get my money refunded.

Unhappy charged 47.00 instead of 1.00! I didn’t ask for an expert
I told cust service I content to speak with an expert they said just pay 1.00 to sign up and I told them I’d return if I couldn’t get connected with the assistance of JP bc I have help with my 3 year warranty no need to pay 47.00 that I didn’t ask to pay.

These are showing as 'reversed' or 'voided' on our end. This means that we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens the charge will just disappear from your account because it was never finalized. Moving forward, you will not receive any recurring charges. I am being charged 65 dollars a month…
I am being charged 65 dollars a month for a service that used once 2 months ago and I cannot cancel it. If you start a chat they want more money just to talk to someone to sort it out what a rip off don't ever use this service as now I am going to have to cancel my credit card so there are no more charges to it. What a scam!

My issue was with Peacock accounting
My issue was with Peacock accounting, not an IT problem. I have been charged $46 for nothing. No resolution and an extra charge. Edit After a second attempt, all fees were refunded. But they don't make it easy.

Your service is a scam
Your service is a scam. I was never informed that I would be charged a fee of $55 for membership only a $1 fee. I reported to my credit card company to remove both charges.
