Completely hassle-free, and remarkably fast. My computer geek had installed the default Microsoft driver on my printer, which worked until it didn't. The printer went into deep sleep mode and I could not revive it. The tech quickly installed the Brothers driver which not only brought the printer back to life, but gave me all the printing options that I didn't know I had.

Very nice and helpful I created a new email as suggested but my I Robot is still giving an error message but goes out to vacuum and mop. I think it is defective I need to talk to someone to find how to exchange it. I have only used it for about 3 weeks
