Just working with a Just Answer. Technician was great. I got my answers quickly. We were able to converse back and forth and I was able to fix the problem with his help.

I was panicking because I had no sound on my TV. I contacted you via the web, you said I will be contacted within a few minutes. I was!! That in itself was amazing. We tried a couple of troubleshooting methods, and it worked. I was skeptical when I had to pay $5, not anymore. Thank you!!
