Still have to resolve problem

She was very helpful but the whole thing about the problem wasn't solved and I don't think it ought to be that hard to buy your own books!

The only issue I had was that I paid the 5$ spent 5 minutes on the phone, after waiting approximately 20 min (being told it would be 4) and then getting charged 48$ for a 5 min call... Otherwise, the advice griven was successful

It wasn’t great! The technician told me there are no parts or remedies for the $250 coffee pot that I bought from ninja three years ago and it makes a mess all over my countertop every time I use it I guess I’m gonna go buy it, Mr. coffee coffee maker thanks for your help

Experince, information and technician was very helpful and nice. Just like to always leave room for getting better...

It took time but in the end the problem was resolved. It was very helpful to have someone take me through the possible fixes. It’s unlikely I could have done this on my own. At the end of the call I was very satisfied.
