This was 100% a scam company
This was a scam! Got transfered to this company "somehow" while online with JetBlue and I didn't need their help, I needed JetBlues. Got off the chat right away and called back to JetBlue and they said they don't use that company and that was very concerning. Next day my email had been changed on JetBlue to some random and then the following day I see a membership fee of $47 dollars to this company. No one asked if I wanted a membership and I never gave a credit card number to them. To say this company is shady, is an understatement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

i WAS SHUT OFF AND DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER i NEEDED TO TALK TO A ATECHNICIAN AND WHEN WE STARTED THE CONVERSATION WE WERE CUT OFF DON'T THINK IT WAS HIS FAULT
I WAS TALKING TO A TECHNICIAN AND WAS CUT OFF AND DON'T THINK IT WAS HIS FAULT BUT DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION BECAUSE HE HADN'T FOUND OUT ALL THE QUESTION YET.

A simple phone call would have saved over 1 hour. The help was very informative, the system itself is very cumbersome.

Bogus $38 a month for AskAnExpertOline
I’m being charged $38 a month. I never got an answer to the question I asked. When I tried to go on to cancel they wanted $5 to get through to anyone. That’s how I got sucked into this whole mess in the 1st place. I have no idea how to get them to stop charging me! This is the 3rd month I have been charged for something I NEVER signed up for. I have no idea how to make them stop!!! What a scam!

100 % satisfied with Joseph, BUT THERE WAS A HIDDEN CHARGE OF $55 THAT I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT.
PLEASE ALSO READ THE COMMENTS IN ALL CAPS AT THE BOTTOM. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT THE COST WAS OUTRAGEOUS! Joseph gave me the solution to my problem in less that 10 seconds. I had spoken with and "robot chatted" with HP alleged technicians for over an hour on 2 different phone calls, and they not only had no idea what I was talking about, they only offered "round and round" solutions that obviously didn't work. They had no idea what i was talking about, and only read from a script and gave me NO help at all. And as I said, Joseph immediately gave me my solution. The only complaint I have about your service is that I can't give Joseph 10 Stars!!! I'VE COMPLETELY CHANGED MY MIND ON THE REVIEW. i GOT A SURPRISE CHARGE OF $55 ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ALONG THE LINE. I AUTHORIZED A CHARGE OF $1 AT THE BEGINNING, BUT I NEVER SAW ANYTHING ABOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!! i FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED! THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED QUICKLY, BUT THE "HELP" COST ME MORE THAN THE PRINTER DID.
