Joel was a big help adjusting my door knob to the correct length. The chat-bot was not useful, except they were able to get me to Joel W. who was a pleasure to work with. My knob is installed now and fully functional. I am not happy that I had to pay a five dollar fee for some app. I am going to cancel that and get a refund.
