Not what I thought I was asking for
I thought I was accessing a Microsoft site so posed my question. Agreeing to pay a refundable $2, I found I'd actually signed up for an ongoing monthly fee. Meanwhile, I did not get an answer to my question - not even a response. Making contact to cancel the ongoing fee was difficult and in the end I had to involve my bank. Not a satisfactory experience.
