This was a waste of my time
This was a waste of my time, the first rep incorrectly stated there would be a $1.00 charge, to my surprise was charged $44.00 which was not authorized by me. The so called tech took forever to respond to any question I had and didn’t provide a solution. I cancelled the charge, l am not a member and do expect any further charges.

You refunded my unauthorized $66…
You refunded my unauthorized $66 deduction for feb 2025 and unsubscribed me but you still haven't refunded my initial unauthorized $66 deduction for 18th Jan 2025. I have contacted you about this before and nothing has been done and have not heard from you since. As you well know I have never used your service except for a $2 joining fee suggested by The Messaging Company and I wasn't explained what it was for.

askanexpertonline scamming me
This company is now stealing from the UK. asked a £1 question. 2 days after this payment £35 taken from my credit card. re[porting this to my credit card company now. after further research because you register online with them your auto enrolled into a subscription. Canceled mine online and hoping to get a refund.

Son un total fraude
Son un total fraude, jamás di mi consentimiento para iniciar nada con ellos sin embargo si me cobraron 66 dolares canadienses mensuales durante 3 meses, son abusivos y aprovechados, solo espero que me realicen la cancelación de su "servicio" qué por cierto nunca recibi.

I asked one question for $1.00 a few weeks ago. Now I am being billed $55.00 And I have to pay another fee to get my question answered. SO FRUSTRATING.......... ANTHER SCAM. Biz like this makes me hate the internet.

This website is a complete SCAM
This website is a complete SCAM. I was led to believe that I would pay $1.00 for an answer. They charged me $55.00 and are taking $55.00 out of my checking account every month. Everytime time I try to unsubscibe they ask me for more money.

SCAM ALERT Go Elsewhere for Tech Service
I was on the Garmin website to seek Tech Help for a Brand New Garmin GPS. While using the garmin Chat feature, they provided a link, FOR $1.00, to askanexpertonline. I was ok paying $1.00. As soon as I entered my Credit Card #, up pops a charge for $55.00. I Immediately contacted my credit card company and DID NOT respond to askanexpertonline.com and their Chat Messages or numerous emails. I NEVER Utilized their service. Not Only was I charged the initial $55.00, a month later I was charged Another $55.00 Recurring Monthly Charge for a Service I NEVER UTILIZED. Absolute SCAM. And their Customer Service Refused to Refund Charges, even when I stated I did Not utilize their services once. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!
