Great service but continous unauthorized charges
Hi, I used your services one time and understood that it was a $1 charge now I have reviewed my bank statements and have reoccurring charges of $46 since September 2024! I live in the Bahamas where there is a significant financial burden on living. I need to have my money returned please, also whatever scheme that has this deduction repeating itself, it needs to be stopped now! Kindly reach out to me to have this resolved in a professional manner with attorneys being involved, thank you.

I did not get any satisfaction with…
I did not get any satisfaction with regards to my problem so in the end I had to sort the situation myself so I have stopped the payment pending at my bank

I was told that I would be charged…
I was told that I would be charged $1.00, you took $61.00 out of my account, I did not sign up for any subscription. I am on a fixed income and $61.00 is a lot of money. I need a refund and my subscription to whatever scam this is cancelled.

Replacement part
I asked about a certain toilet replacement part and they asked me to pay the $1 to talk to an "expert" and it would be totally refundable, however they charged me $62.00 charge. Thanks to my credit card holder they declined it as fraud!! They are frauds, don't use them!! Not experts!!
