The gentleman that helped me that actually called me and spoke with me he is awesome he was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what to do and it worked. What I do not like about asking expert is at the beginning on their website when they're telling you that you can get some advice they tell you it's only going to be $5 and that it's refundable but then when you click to pay the $5 it takes you to a different screen that tells you that you're going to pay the $5 plus they are mandatory subscribing you for a subscription into this company and charging you an additional $65. So I paid $70 or I could not get help with my problem. The $70 ..... at the end they say is not refundable. I had to argue With this company About getting a refund they were not going to give it to me at first they said there is no refunds But that's not what they tell you on the first page of their website. That is false advertising. And who are you to dictate to anyone and make up their mind for them and just automatically just take $70 from somebody that's in a jam and really needs help.
