Hello Gordon, Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concern regarding the membership charge on your account. The join fee and membership fee are displayed on the payment page before checkout. We’ve now refunded the membership fee and canceled your membership, so no recurring charges will occur. If you have any questions or concerns, we're happy to help. I was not told by the Xfinity chatbot that I would be signing up for an annual membership with Just Ask. I resent it , I resent Xfinity and I want a refund for the unrequested subscription.

Hello Carol, I understand your concern about the membership charge and wanted to make sure this was addressed promptly. We reviewed the account and issued a refund for the charge. Our records show that the payment was reversed very quickly, which means it didn’t complete on your bank’s end. You may have noticed a brief pending hold that later dropped off. If you have any other questions or concerns, we’d be glad to help. Best, Julie, JustAnswer Customer Care [email protected] or 800-805-5962

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. I understand where the confusion is coming from, and I'd love to share more about the services we offer. JustAnswer is a paid membership-only service advertised on Google, where we provide customized responses from hundreds of verified and qualified Experts across various categories. It seems you were trying to contact T-mobile. You’ll need to reach out to them directly for further assistance. In addition, when you entered your payment details, the page displayed both a join fee and a membership fee, along with a summary of our terms agreed to when posting your question. We understand these charges can sometimes be unexpected. We’ve processed your membership refund, and you can expect it to appear in your account within 3–5 business days. Your membership has also been canceled, so there will be no future charges. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything else, please feel free to reach out. Best, Hazel, JustAnswer Customer Care [email protected] 1-800-805-5962
