Total Scam!
I wanted to contact Reader's Digest but got routed to your answering company. I never got any resolution of my problem and finally got routed to a phone assistant who hung up on me. Now, I get this $55.00 charge that I never authorized! Total RIPOFF

I was unable to get connected with the "expert". I have a land line and his calls kept going into the JUNK file. I called the number he gave me and the person who answered had never heard of HP or the Instant Ink program. One of the WORST experiences of my life!!!!!!!! My name is Sarah Brennan

You just took my money and did not even resolve my issue. I thought you might be able to connect with the Lyft driver but you gave me a generic answer to contact the Lyft company which I already did.

Ripp-off
Ripp-off. Do not give any bank info, They took $65 from me AGAIN this month. No good advice from my first transaction and was charged $65. The first $5 charge was supposed to be refunded. Never happened. No phone number to speak to anyone. Bad bad rip-off company.

Techs need to speak English SLOWLY with their strong accents. No help!!! Unusable suggestions, she had NO clue what was being asked! Refused $47 charge on my credit card. Bank reporting it as FRAUDULENT CHARGE. RUN RUN run

Was on this site accidentally!
I thought I was on PayPal sight because having problems with them. Some how got hooked into ask an expert. Backed out right away and now charging me $55.00 to ask a lawyer. RIP OFF. Did not communicate at all with a lawyer but they will not refund.

I called OOMA for a continuing problem. They referred me to you. I resent paying even a very small amount to solve a simple problem that should be resolved by the vendor. My problem was not addressed and I probably paid for the insult.

Nothing was resolved and I had no idea that I would be charged $55. This was a major rip-off. I can’t believe that AT&T would commit to this fraud. As a result of this fraud I am changing my telephone provider.
