Hello Meg, Thank you for contacting JustAnswer. We're sorry for any inconvenience. It looks like you accepted an offer to try our membership program when you posted your question on the site. The membership bills automatically to avoid disruptions in service. I have opted you out of the membership. As a courtesy, we have processed a cancelation of your charges. The funds are made available to your bank the following business day and will appear on your next billing statement. I assure you that moving forward you will not see any recurring membership charges. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. Best regards, Angela, JA Customer Care [email protected] 800-808-0643

Hi Philip, Thank you for contacting JustAnswer. I’m sorry for any confusion, but you have reached JustAnswer, a paid online question-and-answer service. We are not affiliated with any other company like Ourtime.com. We do advertise on search engines like Google, and it is possible that one of our advertisements came up when you were searching the web for an answer to your question. We do not claim to be free in any of our advertisements, on the site, or affiliated with any other company. You will need to contact them directly for further assistance. After reviewing your account, I see you agreed to a monthly membership fee of $55. This includes your first question and any additional questions during your membership. These terms are outlined on the Offer Details page, which explains the subscription and automatic charges. I understand you no longer wish to continue your membership. I’ve canceled it, and you won’t see any further charges. We’ve also initiated a refund for your payment. We hope our service meets your expectations. At JustAnswer, we are always striving to improve. If there’s anything more we could do to enhance your satisfaction or address any unmet needs, we would greatly appreciate your feedback Regards, Aiah JustAnswer Customer Care [email protected] or 1-800-805-5962
