This company is not to be trusted
This company is not to be trusted. I agreed to a $5 one time charge. They slipped in a $40 per month subscription. Not sure if I can ever get my money back from them. They make it impossible to get help on customer service matters

I shared this information with the Customer Service person and the Attorney. The entire pretense was a scam. Ouch!

the phone number given didn't work
the phone number given didn't work! This service is a scam. I was told it was $1.00, then got billed $52.00. I was not told it was a membership and would be a recurring charge. This is for information that should have been free. They tried to charge me again in July, which was declined. I do not want a membership. I feel they are trying to take advantage of the elderly, with vision problems. I will not use this service again. I would not have used it at all had I known it was $52.00.

When asking for cancellation of account…
When asking for cancellation of account you had no idea you had enrolled iyou rceive a form asking credit card inf as there is a $5 charge transaction fee. But if you look close at bottom of form it says you agree to a $o0 recurring monthly fee. My thought, a group of shysters taking advantage of the public.

was called by askanexpert because Xfinity referred me because our home phone was not working- the caller from askanexpert 60 seconds into the conversation referred us back to Xfinity customer service- askanexpert charges us $55 for this- this is a scam-
