It has helped to share it with Rufus, and get talked back to the beginning of this situation. He seemed to know who I should talk with to arrange it - thus it was arranged ! And despite so much confusion, the expert followed the line of decision and has tried, at least, to set it straight. I assume/hope he's been able to. He's certainly a good listener ! Woody was patient with me and helped me locate where the drainage hose went inside the unit for continuous drainage.

The 1st tech tried his best but we weren't getting anywhere. When I was transferred to a 2nd tier tech, my issue was resolved quickly and in an easy-to-understand way. Very pleased.
