Very thorough. Went through all the recommended fixes with me. Unfortunately, I still have to bring in laptop as none of the fixes worked for me.

Connecting with the technician was delayed. When he called the next day, he was very direct and helpful when he called.

The concept is user-friendly; the platform is honest and trustworthy; the technicians are expert and knowledgeable. However, messaging back-and-forth can be time consuming when not using a technician via phone call.
