The representatives actually read what I wrote and walked me through the whole process. I am very happy. However, I would change the call that came to me telling me the technician would call and for me to hold. Well, I was holding and when a call came in from San Francisco I didn't answer it. That was the technician calling me. Happily Pearl came online asking me what happened. We straigntened it out.

The Tech was knowledgeable, helpful. He was a big help considering i am not really all that great with the technical side of my computer. I will use them again.

Tech asked pertinent questions as to why my printer’s power cord might be loose. He suggested that I contact HP since the printer is still under warranty.

The assigned technician was polite, knowlegeable, and very patient. He also is very clever, has lots of patience and great communication techniques to ensure his instructions are followed properly, as well as fully understanding my responses. In the final analysis, he got the job done and improved the connection between computer and printer to aviod the problem in the future. Give him a raise!
