Broadcast question answered

The problem was resolved fairly quickly and the technician made it easy. I was not made aware that I agreed to a membership for $55, only a one time $5 fee. I am not happy that this was made clear.

Yeah it was a bit rude and shitty having to talk to a robot for half the time.... Not going to lie it was flat out disrespectful. But then I got to a human and it got resolved really quick 🤷🏻 so I would say homeboy did good.

I finally found someone to help me although spectrum charged me $5.00. Normally I would have been transfered 3 to 4 times before I eithered hung up or finally found someone to help me. $5.00 to find help is ridiculous. Your customer service needs improvement!

Solved problem

I was able to obtain a reliable and simple solution to my problem. It did take a few minutes to obtain an answer after I answered a few questions about my computer and software program.
