Very patient and knowledgeable

Dwayne was patient to a degree, however I think we must have run out of the slotted time. He said he was sending me a link so I could see the fridge he found. That never happened. More than twice. He was offering a unit that was much too small for my kitchen.

I had to pay twice, yet each time, the site said I was joining. If I joined the first time, then there’s no need to pay again. Other than, I was put in touch with a knowledgeable person.

Company does well but why the shift from AT&T, especially without letting us know that there will be a change?

After I asked the right question,the technician connected me to the virtual form to fill out & a phone call to a live technician so I can complete any other questions needed answered. I just wish I could give a direct call to a live person rather than going through a chat bot 1st & without being billed for the assistance whether refundable or not.
