Not Worth the Money. Too expensive.
Initial chat for help told me a person could help me within 4 minutes, but needed me to pay a subscription fee of $53 first. It took a couple of hours before I got a response and the response was not helpful at all. Nothing they suggested worked. So I cancelled the subscription, but I am out an initial $53 to get the help started. Too expensive and not accurate answers.

SHADY!!
Was told there would be a $5 charge to talk with an expert. Fine, seems ridiculous but what the heck…only $5. Was charged the $5, and then immediately hit with another $48 random charge. Luckily my bank took care of it as soon as the charge hit. Shady business.

Customer care inexistant
On April 30th my induction stove top was not working and I found Justanswer on You Tube and called for a solution. Diagnostic to replace fuses did not resolve issue. I had to call an outside technician to fix problem. I cancelled Justanswer sevice and received an email confirming my order cancellation on April 30. Subsequently I have been billed 53$for 4 months for services that I had CANCELLED and never used. Contacting customer care was a frustrating experience as I was cut off before I could complete explanation. Tried to get a phone number to talk to a rep but got no answer or information. When I tried to email them explaining mysituation they replied that they cancelled my account as 9/8/2025 with no reference to my credit request for a cancelled account. I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to let people know that Justanswer has very poor customer care and customer service. Beware of their services to avoid being ripped off
