Instructions from a Kobalt battery request for RMA
We were led to this site as a result of a service request of Lowe's. The chat wasted our time after taking a $5 application fee. They dropped off immediately after saying they were connecting me with a "tech." No tech showed up and our bank sent a fraud alert - this site tried to take $48 from us without authorization, and never a solution to our problem. I have reported them to the State of Florida Attorney General - Consumer Affairs. Stay away from them.

Charged $48.00 more than advertised
Wanted help with a locked screen and when I was supposed to be connected with an "expert" they asked for $5.00. immediately got an alert from my bank about suspicious activity and that I was actually charged $53.00! Just cancelled my bank card. Wow! Disgusting...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY stealing from elderly people setting them up with a £35 a month subscription without there knowing then charging them £16.50 for a phone call. Provided poor advice as well rip off company avoid at all costs

Invalid Answer & System Never Responded Except for "Oops Something Went Wrong"
The answer provided included outdated links and did not apply to my specific need. The answer asked if I needed help and to reply and let the "agent' know how it went. The system responded with "Ooops Something went wrong!" I bounced back to Support who reassigned a different "agent" and the same thing happened. Invalid response to my question and the system asked for feedback I responded but got the same "Something went wrong". I was charge $48.00. I will dispute this charge. BAD BAD customer experience!

Credit and debit card transactions typically take one business day to be completed. Since we initiated the cancellation of your deposit so quickly, only an authorization of funds was processed.
