Terrible!!

I was online with this app
Update. This was my error. Please ignore this review. I was online with this app, asked my question, but after 30 min. of waiting for an answer,I got out of their website, and I phoned Appletv, and got my answer. I never did talk to a person, and I never did give out my credit card information. I wasn't even asked for my credit card info. The next day, today, I see an $8.00 charge on my credit card, plus a $69.00 charge. What the heck??!! This is robbery!!!!

The expert was great, BUT...
The expert was great, however, the company continued to charge me for several months despite my cancelling it. I had to fight to get a partial refund despite having proof of cancellation.

I apologize for my attitude which was…
I apologize for my attitude which was wrong and rude and I was too angry, but rightfully so in a way. I did end up missing mostly the whole show and finally had to actually re-enter all my information as if I were opening a new account. My only concern is that I am going to find that I’m charged twice for the month of October and then I’ll have to be on the phone trying to explain once again. I hope this is not the case but as far as customer service, Victor Luna was extremely kind and patient and I appreciated that. I hope someone recognizes That his effort as a customer representative went beyond what he should’ve been expected to tolerate. Again, my apologies, Janet Cocca.
