Deceptive & aggressive marketing
Their customer service phone number is 800-805-5962, and you need to write that down. My problem is similar to that of customer Wayne Chapman who posted a negative review here on Nov. 5, 2025. I was minding my own business of trying to get customer service with my blog provider when, wham, I got a pop-up that said they could help me for a $5.00 charge. I assumed (bad to assume) that they were related to the company I intended to talk with, so I signed up. Bad mistake. Then within 2 weeks they converted my account to an annual one at 10 times the cost. I tried to find out how to cancel this subscription. And here is where their fraud and deviousness really comes in -- their web site preys on tech challenged people, like me. I lost my password, etc., and thinking I was about to get charged, again. I went to the web site and on Chat explained I wanted to speak to someone in billing. The Chat robot asked more questions that I answered. It referred me to the Customer Service link and that, again, referred me to CHAT and they tried to sell me the service, again. No telephone number in sight. Yikes. A circular firing squad. Then I noticed that at the end of Mr. Chapman's review, a person from JUST ANSWER responded to him and left the CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER of 800-805-5962. Oh boy, I was going to talk with a real, live person. Yipee! But, no, another ROBOT. However, it recognized my account by my phone number. And it told me that I had, in fact, canceled that account in July and gave me the ID number for that cancellation. Their actual service may or may not be good. I never used it a single time. It is too bad that they use such aggressive and misleading and confusing methods in their marking. I would simply warn that they are sleezy.

Not at all ethical in the sign up phase.
Only the very fine print tells you your signing up for a monthly fee.
When I noticed the fee and backed out before completing the application they tried to force the charge thru. Fortunately the credit card company blocked the transaction.

Jarid was most helpful. However I was very unhappy with your billing! I approved an $8 phone conversation but was charged $77 !!! Worse you signed me up for a similar monthly charge. Fortunately PayPal alerted me and cancelled both.

Do not use!!
Do not use!!! You will be charged 35 pounds a month and bound to a 20 month contract hidden in the terms and conditions even if you just used the service once and when you try and cancel they want 100 dollars cancellation fee!!!
