I didn't sign up for this service and was being billed at $48/month. I was rerouted there, apparently, when I was trying to solve a problem with Quicken on the Quicken website. Sleazy outfit, and Quicken aids and abets.

A few months ago I was on-line with AskAnExpertOnline.com. I signed on to pay a fee of $5. I cannot even remember my question, but after being on hold for a long time I hung up. I had no idea I signed up for a $40 a month fee. I was also charged the $5.00 I never used them. And I never noticed the $40 charges for 4 months. They refunded $40, one month. I've called them and they will not talk to me. How many others paid $40 a month for nothing?

I thought I was getting Sony but was misdirected to them. They didn't tell me they weren't Sony and took my credit card and signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card company!

THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS VIOLATION OF PRIVACY ACT USA, COMMIT FRAUD FOR IMPERSONATED OTHER COMPANY FOR PROFIT. SHALL BE PUNISHED BY US FCC REGULATIONS AND CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. my computer were intercept by JustAsk.com who soliciting for askanexpertonline.com to share commission. When I was browsing other legitimate webssite for canceling my train ticket, when I click a link to route me to other form, JustAsk.com using AI to popup their browser, asking me to request askanexpertonline.com for technical help by paying upfront $5 (false promise refundable). I did not realize I was in different website, they asked me a-lots of non technical question in regard to my train ticket. I then closed their webpage. I got a notice from my visa bank account that I have two charges from askanexpertonline.com $40 & $5. I requested JustAsk.com to reverse the charges, they want me to pay up front anoither $5 for talking to askanexpertonline.com who have fake knowledge of computer technology.

Scammers! Run! 5$ bought an inadequate, vague solution to my problem. This earnest money was to be returned. On the same day they started deducting unauthorized payments of $67+ every month before l noticed it. The bank sent my case to fraud investigations.

I had asked 1 question for the $5 fee and now they tell me I have signed up for a 24 month service @$40 per month. I called the company to ask them to remove me from their service and they wanted to charge me a $40 cancellation fee. They are listed as being in FL but my guess is it goes to an offshore call center. BEWARE!

My mother used your platform and after accepting the 5 dollar fee was automatically enrolled in a monthly service for 45 dollars. This platform is the first one that populates when someone needs help answering a question about any product and charges a fee for a question that would be answered for free if contacting the service directly. Please refund my mother the $45.
