Prompt and courteous
Prompt and courteous. Would use again for simple point of reference rather than calling my primary care doctor’s office and having to wait hours for call back from nurse or doctor.

Dr. Basu
Dr. Basu was awesome. He dug right into answering my questions and explained everything in layman's terms that I could understand. It was such a easy experience. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to go out of the house.

So nice and comforting
It is so nice and comforting to have a knowledgeable doctor to openly discuss a medical concern with. Also one that truly listens and then responds with simple explanations that are not overly technical or difficult to understand. Glad that I found this opportunity available.

I could not believe how helpful the few…
I could not believe how helpful the few minutes with that doctor made me feel. Very very professional he answered all my questions and then some I could not appreciate that help anymore. It was a fantastic time. Well spent thank you again.
