Dr. Winders was great trying to get me another Dr.
I had told her, I wanted to talk to Nephrologist Dr. I worked with them for hours and hours to try to talk
to the Dr. They let me set with the wrong password, for hours, they kept taking back to enter my credit card. I bet that process went on and on. Never did they offer to have me reset my passwords. They kept taking me back to pay $5 more dollars. I just got my monthly statement-on there I'm charged $55.00. I'm done with "Just Answer", that was to cost only $5.00. I'm an 87, no extra money.

You get charged a monthly membership to use this service!!
When I first used this service (unsuccessfully) I didn’t realise I was joining up for a monthly membership. I have been direct debited $66 each month for the last 9 months!! I will admit I should be more active in checking my bank statement, and this has taught me a huge lesson. I have now cancelled the membership (that I didn’t want in the first place). The first person I spoke to about it said it was a completely legal binding contract and I couldn’t do anything except cancel my membership. It is above board but it is trickery. I wasn’t happy with the first persons reply so I sent an email requesting refund of the 9 months I didn’t knowingly authorise. Surprisingly, I got a full refund. People just need to be aware of what they are getting into when you join up for a doctor chat!!

Billing! Advice was okay but I'm being billed a second time. Never signed up for anything more than a 30 second enquiry. No way of cancelling the service and they even have the cheek to want me to sign up again ($8) to speak to a Dr. Don't want a Doctor, want a responsible person to answer my question.

Beware. To access askadoctor even once you will automatically be signed up to membership without ever knowing it....until you see monthly deductions from your credit card. It's an absolutely rort!
