This site was an expensive waste a time. At the very beginning I outlined that we had already been to the After Hours Doctor service and because of the time of the year were unable to get an appointment. After over an hour, with 10-15 minutes of waiting in between answering the doctors questions each time, the answer was to go to the After Hours Doctors Service. And we were charged an large amount of money for this very unhelpful advice.

I want to cancel. I don't want to pay $45.00 a month when I would only use this once. Cancel this entire thing.

I contacted AskaDoctor.help in 2025-10, when my mum was experiencing health issues after just being released from the hospital.  The doctor that responded was great - no problem there.  However, i am disappointed with the lack of transparency in advising of fees. Initially the charge (on 2025-10-31) was $8 and then another $93 - i was so focused on my mum, that i did not make a big deal of a one time fee. However, i just noticed a new charge to my credit card of $93 (2025-12-01).  I did not realize i was signing up for a monthly subscription, as it is not clearly stated on their main page which instead emphasizes the chat box to get you engaged. No text or email was received to welcome me to the program nor indicating that I was charged any amount - I found out when I reviewed my credit card statement. They need to be more transparent and advise that you are joining a membership with a monthly fee of $$.  For a worthy service - disappointed that the site is not forth-coming.

I used the service once and spoke with a radiation oncologist. Not the specialty I was hoping for. It wasn’t even a cancer question. I understand the charge for that phone call but subsequently received a charge the following month for a membership I did not sign up for. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this service. You’re better off leaving a message with your own doctor to get answers to your questions.

Link was never provided The doctor interviewed me for about 35 seconds I needed a prescription. She said she would refer me to a Doctor Who could write me the script although she is a doctor herself that she would send me a link to that doctor where I could get my prescription. I never received the link. I spent a lot of time going back-and-forth making attempts to communicate with her to get the link till I gave up because my medical condition forced me to go elsewhere where upon I went elsewhere and I immediately spoke to a doctor and I immediately got my prescription.

I called this number for an emergency call on Nov 12 and I find out today they put me on membership for $93. and can't seem to find the right place to get the matter resolved Stay away from this site I provided info and the $93. refund is still outstanding. again I called AskaDoctor number for an emergency call and agreed and paid $8. for the call. I noted that the fee was charged on my credit card on Nov 12 and also $93. on Nov 12. I assume this is a membership fee as I was not informed about any additional fees nor did I consent to this charge at any time. When will I receive my refund. this has taken an excessive amount of my time unnecessarily.

I used this company on 11/17/2025 for assistance with my wife who was sick. I signed a credit card authorization. It was NOT prominently displayed that I was joining their organization and would be charged monthly fees. The website does NOT have a link to my account to initiate cancellation. The "chat-bot" keeps directing me to another credit card authorization for another fee to speak with another doctor, which I do NOT need. In my judgment, this is an UNFAIR business practice, and this company should be avoided.

Be aware of the recurring monthly fees! If you are having a medical emergency and think that it is just $8 to talk to a doctor it is not. You will be charged an additional $78 for membership and then it is recurring until you cancel
