I was very sceptical on where I was going. I got nervous when I paid 2.00 then found out I was obligated to a 66 monthly membership.I immediately called to cancel the membership. I didn’t sign up for this membership. I just needed help to find out what I should do. I was connected to a specialist and was impressed with their response. I’d recommend that you be upfront with all that is involved.

The Doctor I talked to, about some severe pain I have had since February, listened to my concerns and then asked several questions. It was obvious to me that he had actually listened. He talked about possible treatments. He did not make any promises, but I didn't expect easy answers. The doctor gave me hope, more hope than I expected. He was so understanding, and positive.

I had some anxiety issues to address, the primary being an inability to fall asleep or stay asleep. Robyn asked several important questions that I had not considered, than suggested binaural beats (these tones can help change your brainwave state to a more relaxed state which can help with relaxation and sleep). I downloaded them and tried. The first night I saw no change from my "normal" routine, but since then, I find myself falling asleep within a few minutes of laying down.
